Confidence in every chapter

AUREN includes authenticity assessment, warranty service and insured delivery. Orders are dispatched from Japan or Switzerland, depending on the timepiece. We offer free returns and exchanges within one month of delivery, subject to the condition and return process described in our Returns & Exchanges policy. Warranty duration and coverage are confirmed for the individual watch before purchase.
